- School Oes
The School declares that it has instructors with qualifications for training with appropriate authorizations, as well as equipment and technical infrastructure in accordance with the Act of 5.01.2011. drivers.
Conducting the training, which consists of theoretical classes in the amount of 30 hours (45 minutes each) and 30 practical hours (60 minutes each), and for categories A1, A2, A 20 hours according to the rules set out in the Act on Vehicle Drivers.
After completing the training, the school undertakes to conduct an internal, theoretical and practical exam in accordance with the rules set out in the Act on Vehicle Drivers.
The School undertakes to update the Driver Candidate Profile after passing the internal, theoretical and practical exams with positive result and upon payment of all fees by the Course Participant.
The school declares that it carries out the training reliably based on the requirements that you will encounter during the state exam at WORD.
The Oes School is open to any suggestions, dialogue and substantive conversation with the student.
2. PAYMENTS
The basic price of the course includes 30 theoretical hours of 45 min. each and 30 practical hours of 60 minutes. For category AM 10 theoretical hours and 10 hours practical, for category A1, A2, A 30 theoretical hours 20 practical hours. The price of the course also includes on-line training materials, including current tests identical to WORD, the entire theory divided into modules, and road signs and signals with access for 90 days.
The fee for the ordered refresher courses should be no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date.

The payment can be divided into interest-free installments:
Category B
1500 PLN. before the start of the theory
1000 PLN before the start of the internship
The remaining amount until the 10th hour of practical classes
Category A1,A2,A
1500 PLN before the start of the theory
the remainder before the start of the practical parts
Categories AM
1000 PLN before the start of the theory
the remainder before the start of practical part
The cost of medical examinations is PLN 150.
Interruption of the training due to the Student’s fault for longer than 5 months results in an update (surcharge, if any) of the price of the course or refresher rides to the current one. Interruption is also understood as a break of more than 5 months from enrolment to the start of the practical part.
It is possible to return part or all of the purchased course, in accordance with point 5.
A duplicate of a lost class card costs PLN 100.
3. Driver’s License Course
Before commencing the training, the Trainee is obliged to provide the PKK number to the Oes school.
Available course start dates are available in the DATES AND ENROLMENT tab for www.szkola-oes.pl.
The School has the right to change or cancel the date of the course in the event of emergency situations, including technical failures, illness of the instructor or lecturer, cancellation or postponement of the date by students enrolled in this course.
A theoretical driving licence course of 30 teaching hours (10 hours for the AM category) can be held in a stationary form or on-line in the form of e-learning. In such a situation, the school provides access to the platform for a period of no more than 90 days.
The student is obliged to attend at least one day. 80% of theoretical classes and to pass the internal theoretical exam after the training.
Practical course of 30 clock hours for category B, 10 hours
10 hours for category AM and 20 hours for category A1, A2, A takes place with a designated instructor and is arranged individually.
The student is required to participate in all hours of practical classes, and after completing the training, to pass the internal exam.
Internal exams are free of charge in the 1st term, the cost of the theoretical exam in the next dates is PLN 30, and the practical exam is PLN 100.
The driving licence course should be completed within 18 months from the date of enrolment and confirmed by an internal theoretical and practical exam, otherwise the PKK number will be returned, a course card will be issued, and the payment for the course will not be refunded.
4. Trainee
The student is obliged to pay the fees listed in point 2.
The trainee is obliged to undergo basic or supplementary training completed with internal examinations listed in point 3.
The student must come to class wearing glasses or contact lenses, if such a restriction is stated in the medical certificate and in a state of sobriety.
The student must cancel classes at least 24 hours in advance (weekend classes are cancelled by Friday 21.00 at the latest), Otherwise, the class will be forfeited. Effective revocation is made as a result of telephone notification of the instructor in charge.
The instructor waits for the student for 15 minutes. after the scheduled start time of the class, when the teacher does not notify him of the delay.
A student, in the event of intentional exposure of anyone to the loss of health or life and intentional exposure of the school to material losses during his/her course classes, will be removed from the list of course participants with immediate effect, and the money will not be refundable.
5. Interruption of training:
The trainee has the right to interrupt the training. They should notify the school via mail or email.
In the event of exercising the above right, the Centre is obliged to issue the Student with a Course Card, release the PKK number and return part of the remuneration paid for the course. The theoretical part is settled in the amount of PLN 1500. i.e. the amount of the first installment. Practical classes in the proportional amount – the number of Training classes completed to the number not completed. To do this, the rate per hour of training is determined by dividing the price paid for the course (subtracting the theoretical training) by the total number of hours of the practical course and multiplying by the hours that have not been completed. If the Student has an underpayment as a result of the settlement, he or she should pay it before the PKK is released.
The school undertakes to refund the overpayment, if any, within 14 working days by bank transfer.
The School has the right to withdraw from the Student’s training in the following cases:
Failure to provide the PKK number within more than 5 months of registration.
Lack of participation of the Student in the mandatory number of hours provided for in the basic course of the driving licence in accordance with point 3.
Failure to pay the course in full if it is already due, in accordance with point 2
The school deducts a processing fee of PLN 300.
